Role and Responsibilities - **Web Designer**:
Are you a creative and talented Web Designer with 2-3 years of experience? We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is skilled in creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our websites and digital products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to understand project requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Translating wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect designs using industry-standard design tools.
- Optimizing designs for various screen sizes and devices to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our designs.
- Presenting and explaining design concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and creativity.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Education**:
A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating your design abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
