We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Representatives in their day-to-day activities. This position requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between the sales team and clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales team members to provide efficient support throughout the sales process.
- Assist with prospecting and lead generation activities, including researching potential clients and gathering relevant information.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about order status, delivery updates, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate internally with various departments such as marketing, customer support, and logistics to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining sales records.
- Help maintain inventory of sales collateral, promotional materials, and product samples.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
