Benaka Gold Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive to oversee daily operations, customer service, and administrative functions related to the gold buying and selling process. The Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch, supporting both customers and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Branch Operations**: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes overseeing the process of gold valuation, buying, and releasing pledged gold.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer queries and concerns, offering information about gold buying, releasing pledged gold, and other related services. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

**Sales Support**: Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting Benaka Gold Company's services to walk-in customers and through outbound communication.

**Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure all transactions are properly documented, and that all compliance requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, are followed.

**Reporting**: Generate and submit daily and weekly reports on branch performance, customer inquiries, and sales targets to the management team.

**Inventory Management**: Oversee the accurate and secure management of gold inventory, including stock levels, transfers, and audits.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, legal compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

Freshers with strong leadership potential and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

**Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English is required. Additional language skills (e.g., Hindi or Telugu) are an advantage.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
