Transaction Manager – Sales

(Design & Build Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales transaction lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure in the design & build space.
  • Engage with corporate clients, real estate developers, architects, and consultants to identify project opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand workplace requirements and position tailored design & build solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and commercial bids.
  • Negotiate terms and close transactions while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Track deal progress, ensure documentation accuracy, and oversee smooth handover to project execution teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales transaction reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales or transaction management within design & build, real estate, or interiors industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and deal-structuring skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools and basic design software is an advantage.
