**1. Strategic support for CFO**:

- Support the CFO in strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives.
- Report to the CFO on corporate governance matters and initiatives.

**2. Financial Reporting and Management**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Implement cash and liquidity management strategies to optimize the company’s financial position.

**3. Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor the development and implementation of accounting systems and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.

**4. Operational Efficiency**:

- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and compensation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.

**5. External Relations**:

- Liaison and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions.
- Represent the company in financial matters with external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Professional accreditation, such as Certified Public Accountant/Jr. Chartered Accountant is preferred.
- Strong finance-based analytical skill with extensive knowledge of financial & accounting standards & laws.
- Minimum 7 years’ (up to 12 years) of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proven and highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
