**Requirements**:

- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as safety management or information technology ¹.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a security management role ¹.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with expertise in security protocols and procedures ².
