Responsibilities
- **Clean rooms**: Vacuum, dust, polish, and make beds in guest rooms
- **Clean public areas**: Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and other public areas
- **Replenish supplies**: Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms
- **Inspect rooms**: Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards
- **Respond to guest requests**: Attend to guest requests promptly
- **Report damage**: Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms or areas to a supervisor
- **Maintain equipment**: Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness
- **Provide customer service**: Provide exceptional customer service to guests

**Skills**:

- **Attention to detail**: Fulfill guests' needs by recognizing subtle cues
- **Professionalism**: Interact with coworkers and guests effectively
