Position : Colorist

Requirement:

- min 3 years of industry exp of color grading
- A wizard of **Premier pro & DaVinci Resolve**:

- Fast turnaround time

Key responsibilities:

- Color correction: Adjusting color inaccuracies in footage due to lighting variations, camera settings, or different shooting conditions.
- Matching shots: Ensuring consistency between different camera setups, takes, and locations by matching color profiles.
- Collaboration with creative team:Working closely with directors, cinematographers, and editors to understand the desired look and feel of the project and translate that into color choices.
- Technical expertise: Proficiency in color grading software like DaVinci Resolve, understanding color theory, color spaces, and file formats.
- Quality control: Reviewing graded footage to ensure color accuracy and consistency throughout the project.

Required skills:

- Strong visual aesthetic: A keen eye for color, detail, and composition
- Technical knowledge: Expertise in color grading software and post-production workflows
- Creative vision: Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into color choices
- Communication skills**: Effective collaboration with the creative team to understand their vision and clearly communicate color adjustments
