**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms**.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CPA.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies for improved engagement.

**Key Requirements**
- Strong **analytical skills** with expertise in campaign **optimization**.
- Ability to **manage budgets** effectively and improve **ROI**.
- Experience with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools**.
- Knowledge of **SEO and landing page optimization** is a plus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
