**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Duties**: Perform general office tasks, maintain records, and ensure efficient office operations.
- **Billing and Accounts Management**: Oversee billing processes, manage accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating various client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Event Management**: Participate in the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- **Presentation Skills**: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing project progress and outcomes.
- **Multitasking**: Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Self-Driven and Motivated**: Show initiative, work independently, and be proactive in driving projects forward.
- **Incentives**: Opportunities for performance-based incentives and professional growth within the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation and preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, billing, accounts management, or project coordination.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work actively and effectively in event planning and execution.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
- Prior experience in the advertising or event management industry is a plus.
- Preference for Digital and Social Media Marketing Skills
