A personal secretary is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to an individual, typically a high-level executive. The personal secretary acts as a gatekeeper, managing communication and information flow between the employer and managers. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the employer's office and daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure efficient time management.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa processing. Prepare itineraries and ensure smooth travel logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents. Coordinate meeting logistics, such as venue booking, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and edit various documents, including letters, memos, reports, and presentations. Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or summaries for the employer's review. Maintain databases and ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and staff members. Serve as a liaison between the employer and these individuals or organizations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, managing expenses, and maintaining office equipment. Oversee the smooth operation of the employer's office and address any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma is typically required, but additional certifications or a degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred. Experience supporting high-level executives or public figures is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
