**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Prepare and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives to calculate net pay.
- **Statutory Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, such as PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and professional tax.
- Generate and submit monthly/quarterly/annual statutory reports.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including salary registers, payslips, and tax filings.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for management and audits.
- **Employee Support**:
- Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax components.
- Assist in the onboarding process by explaining payroll policies to new hires.
- **System Management**:
- Update and maintain the payroll system with employee details, salary revisions, and tax declarations.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- **Experience**: [Insert experience, e.g., 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing].
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or other HRMS tools).
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, labor laws, and statutory compliance in payroll.
