We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. In this job you will work with customer based India while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This is a sophisticated job that requires excellent communication and organization skills. Your primary responsibility will be crafting sales quotes/booking Trade orders in SAP ECC/ liaison with internal teams to answer customer queries, you will be encouraged to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle. A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.

**Qualifications**

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically minimum of 3 years validated experience for entry to this level.

**Job Details**

1. Responsible for Order management activities including order booking. Be part of Agilent's sales and support Quote to cash cycle

2. Responsible for communicating with customers, sales and/or internal partners

3. Sound approach with logical reasoning and adhering to compliance and guidelines
4. Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job

5. Respond to and /or provide assistance to internal customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, quote generation, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections

**Qualifications**:
**Desired Behavioral and Technical Skills**

1. Should have knowledge of working on SAP ECC
2. Handle Order Management activities with accuracy.

3. Good analytical skills and responsiveness vital to ensure good service.

4. Good knowledge of MS Office

5. Required to tackle complex administrative and technical problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.

6. Evaluate customer service assignments and resolve actions required.

7. Strong verbal and written communication
