**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Strong proficiency in **SQL Server / MySQL** database administration, maintenance, and optimization.
- Experience with **database design, schema management, indexing, and query optimization**.
- Expertise in **backup, restore, disaster recovery strategies, and database archiving**.
- Experience with **data retention policies, purging, and archiving large datasets**.
- Performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of production databases.
- Knowledge of **high availability, replication, clustering, and failover mechanisms**.
- Familiarity with **security, user management, and data access control**.
- Experience in **writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers**.
- Familiarity with **automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines** for database deployments.
- Sound understanding of **Agile methodologies** and collaboration with development teams.

**Nice-to-Have / Optional**:

- Exposure to **cloud databases** (Azure SQL).
- Experience with **NoSQL databases** (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
- Experience working with **Data Lakes, large-scale data platforms, and data archival solutions**.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
