Receptionist and Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Answer incoming calls from clients to address inquiries and provide information.
- Explain products, services, or treatments clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments, follow-up calls, or service reminders as needed.
- Maintain a daily call log and update CRM systems with call outcomes.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve services.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills in [languages required - e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent. Graduation preferred.

Pay: ₹8,763.76 - ₹15,000.00 per month
