**Sales Intern**
**location : Kharadi, Pune.**

Compensation
- **Monthly Stipend**: ₹ 5,000-₹ 10,000
- **Performance Incentives**: ₹ 5,000-₹ 50,000 (based on number of qualified leads & closed deals)

**Role Summary**

Join our front-line sales engine — you’ll be the spark behind new business growth. Your mission: connect with prospects, nurture relationships, and drive revenue while learning the art of closing deals.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market analysis and create pipelines of potential B2B or B2C leads
- Assist in arranging customer events, webinars, or campaigns to promote products
- Coordinate with marketing to capture campaign-driven leads and feedback

**Desired Skills & Traits**
- Pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Communications
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport
- Comfort with outreach and follow-ups; resistant to rejection
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to learn with mínimal supervision
