**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful **Sales and Marketing Intern** who will actively contribute to our lead-generation efforts and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for MBA marketing students or recent graduates looking for hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing within the IT industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify potential business opportunities via platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, and online forums.
- Research and qualify leads to align with our IT services and solutions.

2. **Outreach and Engagement**:

- Confidently make cold calls to introduce Algodomain Solutions and schedule follow-up discussions.

3. **Social Media and Digital Marketing**:

- Build and maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn by engaging with posts, groups, and relevant forums.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and run digital campaigns aimed at driving awareness and leads.

4. **Campaign Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize lead conversion rates.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Stay updated on our services and offerings to communicate effectively with prospective clients.

6. **Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and campaign results in CRM tools.
- Prepare and present reports on key metrics to the team.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an advantage.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
