We’re hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries in a premium domestic voice process. Strong communication skills in English is a must.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduation mandatory
- Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication in English

Job Details:

- Shifts: 24/7 Rotational (6 days working, 1 weekly off)
- Shift Window: Day Shift
- Interview Process: HR Round → Ops Round → Versant → Client Round
- Cab Facility: Not available

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
- Adhere to process guidelines and company policies at all times.
