We’re hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries in a domestic voice process. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Graduation mandatory
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal & written communication in English & Hindi

**Job Details**:

- **Shifts**: 24/7 Rotational (6 days working, 1 weekly off)
- **Female Shift Window**: 7 AM - 8 PM
- **Interview Process**: HR Round → Ops Round → Versant → Client Round
- **Cab Facility**: Not available

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
- Adhere to process guidelines and company policies at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
