 RENEWAL OF AMC FOR GENERATOR, AC, DG AND COORDINATING WITHVENDORS
 GETTING APPROVAL OF VENDORS FOR MAINTAINENCE WORK AT MINIMAL COSTS
 VENDORS MANAGEMENT
 PURCHASE OF OFFICE STATIONERY
 COURRIER MANAGEMENT: DISPATCH REGISTER
 CROSS CHECKING OF ALL ADMIN RELATED PURCHASE INVOICES
 UPKEEPING OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTTRONIC ITEMS AS AND WHEN NEEDED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL
 EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT (BIOMETRIC PUNCH REGISTRATION, LATE DEDUCTIONS,
 COMP OFF, PL APPROVAL WITH PROPER LEAVE APPLICATION FORM, OVERTIME OF NURSES AND OT TECHNICIANS)
 MAINTAINENCE OF HOSPITAL BY GETTING ALL CIVIL WORK DONE AS AND WHEN NEEDED
 COORDINATING WITH CORPORATE HR AT HEAD OFFICE REGARDING EMPLOYEE REALTED ISSUES
 RESOLVING PATIENTS’ COMPLAINTS AND ENSURING PATIENTSATISFACTION.
 OPTIMIZING PATIENT'S SATISFACTION BY REDUCING WAITING TIME, ENSURING CLEANLINESS AND STAFF COURTESY.
 ENSURING PROPER FLOW OF FILE MOVEMENT FROM RECEPTION TILL EXIT OF PATIENT.
 PAYMENT AND UPDATION
