Assess and manage patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and other neurodegenerative or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Develop individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and complementary therapy providers
- Prescribe and oversee physical therapies, medication management, and assistive devices or orthotics as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal functional recovery and quality of life
- Provide patient and family education about condition management, prognosis, and home care strategies
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and care planning discussions
- Maintain accurate medical records, clinical documentation, and comply with regulatory and ethical standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and training programs as needed

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBBS with MD or DNB in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PMR) from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license/registration with the relevant Medical Council
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a neurorehabilitation, hospital, or rehabilitation centre setting preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
