**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Budgeted cost vs. actual cost vs. projected cost

2. Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasts for group.

3. Preparation of customize reports required by management.

4. Ensure proper Project Accounting, Closure, Capitalization, WIP, allocation of costs to various projects/companies etc.

5. Monitor Project budgets, ensure cash flow and right project expenditure allocation as per Trust Retention Account mechanism.

6. Monitoring timely Debt service to Domestic lenders as well as Foreign lenders and related compliances

7. Hedge accounting and taking care of settlement of transaction with hedge parties.

8. Liasoning with Domestic and Foreign bankers for day-to-day operational matters

9. Monthly closure of accounts and circulation of MIS of Debt, Bank Guarantees, LCs and Cash

10. Treasury management and to ensure optimum utilization of Working Capital

11. Analysis of tax implications of various managerial decisions in an attempt to minimize the taxes paid by the business.

12. Timely payment of statutory dues and filing of returns within deadline

13. To handle Internal Audit and Implement Internal Auditors suggestion / recommendation.

14. Design and implement SOPs, implementation of ICFR and IFC

15. Implementation of Tally function, customized management reports from Tally and its related Controls.

16. Other task assigned to you from time to time by the Company.
