**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among on-site personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, inspections, and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or unforeseen site conditions, implementing effective solutions.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
