**Responsibilities**:
**1. ** Supervise daily construction activities on-site, including earthwork, concrete pouring, structural assembly, and finishing work.

**2.** Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.

**3. ** Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

**4. ** A meticulously crafted and abstract sheet for contractors' works measurements on-site, coupled with thorough labor bill verification, ensures quality assurance and financial accuracy in project management.

**5.** Also work on landscaping on the site

**6. ** Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.

**7. ** Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, including changes in scope, unexpected delays, or resource constraints.

**8.** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material quantities.

**9. ** Train and mentor site personnel, providing guidance on construction techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

**10.** Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and minimizing waste.

**Qualifications**:
**1. ** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

**2.** Minimum 2-3 year of experience in this field

**3.** Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

**4. ** Thorough understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

**5. ** Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of workers.

**6. ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel.

**7. ** Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Pay: ₹311.00 - ₹2,982.12 per day
