**Education**:B. Sc., CIPET or relevant 1-2 years of experience

**Job Profile**:

- 1. Ensure correct data input and 0 defect policy
- 2. Take 4 times online shots and confirm visually & diametrically
- 3. Prepare test reports of injection moulding and blow moulding at nominated hours.
- 4. Conduct MFI test for all inward polymers and prepare reports.
- 5. Prepare COA prior to dispatch.
- 6. Take trails of all inward master batch & pigments for colour matching with master sample if doubt.
- 7. Identification Tag on rejected material should be put by Q.C. Officer.
- 8. Put quality check stamp on the identification tag after verifying the produced material.
- 9. Give approval to the production start-up by matching the produced article with the master sample.
- 10. Inform PPO about the non-conforming of the production quality.
- 11. Maintain Trial Register and Master Sample Register.
- 12. Maintain accuracy in all Q.C. activities with O mistake objectives.
- 13. Shift handling over & Taking Over procedure must be followed by Q.C. Officers.
- 14. Check weight accuracy of all weighing scales in the premises everyday.
