Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Quality Control Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing setup, preferably plastic or packaging industry, and must be capable of independently handling QC operations during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect in-process and finished products as per quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and protocols.
  • Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure product quality.
  • Manage shift-wise QC activities and lead a small QC team if required.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Engineering (Plastic/Polymer preferred).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO/QA documentation and testing equipment.
  • Ability to manage quality independently during shifts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
