VitalCheck Wellness is looking for **Mental Health Therapist** to work full time in a brand new outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in **Gurgaon.** This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process.

VitalCheck Wellness is working with employers and local hospital systems to bring doctors to the workplace to offer higher-quality preventive care wellness checks. By providing primary care in the work place, we are able to make preventive care more convenient for the employee. With this model, employees can then be assisted in scheduling referrals and being provided follow-up care coordination.

Schedule: 8-9hrs/5 days a week

Anticipated roll-out would be mid July with multiple phases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for patients.
- Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for employees to explore a range of issues that may be troubling them.
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
- Follow-up care coordination.
- Patient education.

**Requirements**:

- MA in psychology.
- Current license in Haryana
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience.
- Background in Behavioral Health.
- Desire to be part of the change in our current healthcare system.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
