**Location**:Andheri, Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee return process
- Verify and track received inventory
- Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries
- Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items

**Skills Required**:

- Proven work experience as a purchase executive or similar role
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year in purchase.
