Act as a champion of both the brand and the user, working to an overall product vision.
- Collaborate with other product designers, to share learning, push standards and seek innovation. Ensuring the brand identity is flawlessly implemented, and user experiences are seamless from touchpoint to touchpoint.
- Help the business crack new problems, following standard processes in design thinking to create innovative solutions to user needs.
- Design interactions that put usability first, to create frictionless, pleasurable, and unique experiences.
- Create hi-impact product designs, design ideas, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes.
- Present your design decisions to peers, partners, and stakeholders, helping the product design team to articulate and rationalise capabilities against user insights and business goals.
- Support the engineering teams to build the best products we possibly can, constantly pushing the design and interactions.

**Requirement**:

- A minimum of 6 years in creating clear, simple and compelling experiences and interfaces.
- Have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft.
- Evidence of leading best in class brand standards and being able to both implement, and enhance, digital style guides for a seamless brand experience across touchpoints.
- Are excited to share works in progress, and enjoy collaborating to evolve them.
- Are comfortable operating in a multi-disciplinary team, making the necessary compromises and iterations to keep up momentum.
- Experience of designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences, ideally in an agile environment.
- Experience across the spectrum of product design, including running and interpreting user research, prototyping and testing solutions, designing interfaces, and delivering high-fidelity visual designs for development.
- Expertise in UI/UX software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Whimsical and Adobe Suite - experience in Adobe AfterEffects is a bonus.
- Concrete understanding of Design Systems and Pattern Libraries
- Excellent communication skills.
