Intern- Product Design

We are looking to hire someone on product design for the **Marketing **function at Athena Education and Hora. AI. You will play a pivotal role in our 360-degree online and offline Marketing endeavors.

This role is ideal for someone good with design and creative creation ability, enjoys a good challenge, has a great aesthetic sense, is well-resourced, and takes ownership and pride in their work, keeping the end result and deadline in mind.

**Hora.AI- **Hora.ai is an Indian fintech lending startup that gives microloans to underserved blue-collar skilled workers on a smartphone app.

**Key skills**:

- Attention to detail, perceptivity, visually representing ideas
- Ensure that all work is visually appealing and created to specification
- Should be able to multitask on various projects simultaneously
- Proficient in industry tools such as is preferred:

- **Must have**: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, UI, UX, and Product design.
- **Good to have**: Corel Draw, After Effects, Canva, Affinity Designer, GIMP, UX, CSS, Pixlr, Idea about front-end development, Familiarity with HTML

**Education and Experience**:

- Undergraduate from a Tier 1 or 2 institute preferred - final year students welcome come to apply
- Graphic Design experience required (even project experience will work), and Video Editing experience preferred
- Professional certification in design preferred
- This 3-month internship can be converted into a full-time job basis performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:The most important component of the role is representing Athena and Hora.AI to the clients through graphics, communications, videos and more (CEOs, top bureaucrats, and thought-leaders), using user experience and, the same
- India's top program for admissions to Ivy League colleges, the average cost of the program is USD 20,000.
- Support and execute online and offline content for marketing and sales, including original campaigns, brochures, flyers, newsletters and banners, etc.
- Sound portfolio comprising print and social media creatives
- Execute ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, digital and print output
- Identify any problems with our virtual presence and seek advice on their resolution from the Marketing Manager.
- Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaign
