As a Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Operator, your main responsibility is to operate and maintain fiber laser cutting machines. You will be responsible for setting up the machine, programming it, and operating it to cut various materials with precision and efficiency.

Machine Setup: Prepare and set up the fiber laser cutting machine for operation by installing the necessary tools, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper alignment of the material to be cut.

Programming: Interpret and load the appropriate cutting program into the machine control panel based on the specifications provided. Modify programs as needed to ensure accurate and efficient cutting.

Material Preparation: Prepare the materials to be cut by cleaning, measuring, and positioning them correctly on the machine's work surface. Secure materials in place using clamps, vises, or other holding devices as required.

Machine Operation: Operate the fiber laser cutting machine to cut materials, following the programmed instructions. Monitor the machine's performance and make necessary adjustments to cutting parameters such as speed, power, and focus to achieve precise and clean cuts.

Quality Control: Inspect the cut materials to ensure they meet the required specifications, such as dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish. Make adjustments or corrections as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the fiber laser cutting machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or malfunctions that may arise during production.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) when operating the fiber laser cutting machine and adhere to machine-specific safety protocols.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including setup sheets, program changes, and any other relevant documentation. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
