Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads to achieve business goals and objectives.
2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and target audience research to optimize campaign performance.
3. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, keyword selection, targeting, and bid management.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights on key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and drive conversions.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
8. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
9. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
10. Provide recommendations and insights to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels.
11. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, ad formats, targeting options, and bid management.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance and measure KPIs.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
8. Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
9. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are highly desirable.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
