Agroforestry Project Intern

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the design and planning of agroforestry models tailored to local agro-climatic conditions- Support field teams in farmer mobilization, training, and planting activities- Conduct site visits to monitor planting progress, tree health, and survival rates- Collect field data on tree growth, spacing, species performance, and soil health indicators- Help maintain records and logs for plantation audits and carbon reporting- Coordinate with local stakeholders including farmer producer groups and NGOs
- Provide feedback to project managers on field challenges and help co-develop solution

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Horticulture**, **Agriculture**, or a related discipline.**Field Orientation**: Strong interest in on-ground implementation of agroforestry and regenerative agriculture.**Language**: Working knowledge of Hindi or Telugu**Tech Comfort**: Elementary understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with mobile data collection tools is a plus
- ** Mobility**: Willingness to work in remote project areas and be based at field sites
