**Job Title: Tele Sales Executive**

**Company**: AhaGuru Education Technology Private Limited.

**Location**: Work from Office in Chennai or Remote **Salary**: 20k (fresher) Monthly CTC + Incentives.

**Experience**: 0-2 years (Preferably from Insurance, Finance, or similar industries)

**Language**: Should know English and (Kannada or Hindi or Tamil or Telugu etc.)

AhaGuru Education is a leading EdTech platform dedicated to helping students excel in JEE, NEET, and CBSE exams through expert-led courses and innovative learning methods. We are looking for dynamic **Tele Sales Executives** to join our team and drive student enrolments through effective communication and sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and offerings.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend the best programs.
- Handle objections and clarify doubts to convert leads into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Highly self-motivated and target-driven** with a strong competitive spirit.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [regional languages preferred].
- Confidence in handling calls and engaging with parents/students.
- Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresher’s with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
