About the role
- The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the growth cell and strategy team to achieve the objectives outlined in the Business Expansion Plan. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, managing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth and efficiency._

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the growth cell and strategy team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the India Acceleration Plan. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive ROI and performance metrics to assess various proposals from cross-functional teams and new innovation initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and report on financial performance against key KPIs
- Collect, evaluate, and interpret financial data to deliver actionable insights that support the inorganic growth agenda
- Maintain tighter control over the growth building blocks and partner with the growth cell team to ensure their successful delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, Sales, Innovation, IT, HR, Business development and Supply chain departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifications and skills

Essential
- _ Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or MBA is preferred._
- _ 6-to-9-year experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, preferably in a growth-oriented environment._
- _ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights._
- _ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels._
- _ Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting tools._
- _ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach._
