**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality lectures in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology for JEE and NEET aspirants.

2. Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to ensure conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.

3. Prepare and update study materials, including notes, practice questions, and mock tests.

4. Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance to students.

5. Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.

6. Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabi, and trends in JEE and NEET.

7. Motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

8. Collaborate with the academic team to design and improve course content.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:

- Biology:M.Sc. in Botany/Zoology/Life Sciences or MBBS/BDS.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching or a similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional academic records and teaching skills may also be considered.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
- Patience, dedication, and a student-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with reputed coaching institutes.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
- Strong track record of producing top-ranking students in JEE/NEET.
