Reporting to the Finance Shared Services Director, you will be responsible for leading our Regional Finance Shared Services teams across one of the three verticals (AP, AR, GL) to achieve KPIs and to deliver our new finance operating model. We are in the process of developing a new global shared services organization aimed to maximise operational excellence and to establish strong controlling and reporting framework. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new team and drive change initiatives as part of our transformation journey.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the local finance teams in the region and ensure the smooth running of all financial matters. We have open positions for leading teams in Purchase to Pay, Offer to Cash and Record to Report.
- Creating and coordinating an inspiring business environment and motivating members of financial teams through open communication
- Responsible for collaboration with other finance teams
- Should be able to independently manage senior stakeholders across functions
- Cooperating with the manager or director creating clear goals and monitoring the work and operations of the team members across multiple countries
- Delegating tasks and sets deadlines, coordinating the processes of financial operations across all verticals including AP, AR and GL
- Taking care of the needs of education, developing a plan of internal and external training of financial staff
- Cooperating with the manager / director seeking high efficiency and planning further advancement of employees
- Contact person for process questions from team and other departements
- Overal responsibility for Operational KPIs
- Managing internal and external auditors and internal controls
- Review and approve all manuals, procedures and processes
- Participation in projects

More about you:

- You have 3+ years of relevant experience in leading at least one of the finance shared services function in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger
- People leadership experience is a must have
- You hold recognised accounting qualification
- You have strong background in US GAAP or IFRS
- You have demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in change management
- Ability to confidently communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholers
- Your organizational skills are exceptional, and you have the ability to quickly move focus and multi-task
- Full professional fluency in English
- You are ready to learn about the global telecommunications industry
- Willingness to work in US time zone and prior experience working for North America
- Valid USA travel visa will be an advantage

Work Hours: Starting 5:30 PM
