**Job Summary**

The TL - Digital Manufacturing will support the implementation and management of digital initiatives across the organization, focusing on Industry 4.0, shop floor automation, and sales and business development digital projects. This role includes administering the SFA tool, sound knowledge about retail sales, Influencer Loyalty Programme, FFS (Free Fitment Service), and other automation initiatives. The assistant will also assist in data analysis and project coordination to ensure successful execution of TL - Digital Manufacturing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Digital Initiatives**: Assist in planning and executing Digital Manufacturing projects, particularly in areas related to Industry 4.0, shop floor automation, and sales and business development projects.
- **SFA Tool Administration**: Manage and maintain the SFA tool, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. Provide training and support to users as needed.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital projects such as Influencer Loyalty Programme (ILP) and Free Fitment service System (FFS), OEE, SAP Integration, Asset Monitoring tool etc. ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to generate reports, analyse data trends, and support decision-making processes related to digital initiatives.
- **Documentation and Communication**: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project developments.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support sales and business development efforts.
- **Training and Support**: Assist in training staff on new digital tools and technologies, fostering a culture of digital literacy within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing/Industry 4.0, project management, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies related to Industry 4.0, OEE Implementation, P2P & O2I Automation and sales support.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Should have sound knowledge SAP Integration architecture, Middleware, Databases, On Prem Servers etc.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
