**Job Purpose**: The individual will champion social responsibility initiatives along with core business operations and be responsible to oversee Environmental and Sustainable Projects. This position will assist in the Corporate Connect Program at Embassy and will support all internal and external communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sustainable Infrastructure Programs
- Oversight of all Environmental and sustainability projects being undertaken by the team
- Covid-19 Healthcare projects
- Mitti River Clean-up
- EcoGram & operations of Dry waste collection centre
- Solar Panel installation in Government Schools
- Trivandrum Environmental Project
- Waterbody rejuvenation

Corporate Connect Program
- Support the Corporate Connect program in developing a pipeline of potential partners
- Corporate Research
- Developing Corporate proposals
- Support with end-to-end project implementation

Internal & External Communication
- Proactively support the Communication strategy planned for Community Outreach projects by:

- Creating content, collaterals, mailers and other communications mediums to generate external awareness
- Creating content, collaterals, mailers and other communications mediums to generate internal awareness
- Support with planning and executing Community Outreach specific events such as inaugurations, webinars, forums and employee engagement activities.
- Research relevant networking and CSR specific awards that would add to the overall brand image.
- Archiving all relevant information and milestones

**Qualifications and Work Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, Mass Media & Communications or a related discipline and minimum 1 years relevant work experience
- Freshers can apply
- Preference in Communication, PR specialisations; Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Experience with planning and executing successful CSR campaigns

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
