Job Overview: The PR Communications Lead will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the brand's voice across multiple channels This role involves driving all PR initiatives, crafting compelling brand stories, and managing media relationships to strengthen visibility in the fashion and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive all PR activities including press releases, media outreach, event PR, and social media PR.

  • Craft impactful brand narratives and ensure consistent storytelling across all communication channels.

  • Handle day to day press and influencer placement requests.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with fashion media, bloggers, and digital platforms.

  • Plan and execute innovative PR campaigns to amplify brand launches, events, and collaborations.

  • Track, measure, and report PR coverage and campaign performance with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

  • Master's degree is a plus.

Key Skills

  • 3 years of experience in PR/Communications, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

  • Strong network with fashion/entertainment media.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to spot and leverage trends for brand positioning.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Balance between strategic thinking and hands on execution.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, PR tools, and social media platforms.
