**Job Description For Insides Sales**

you will gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, product knowledge, and relationship building, all while playing a vital role in driving our sales growth and achieving targets.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, includingresearch, networking, and social media.
- Conduct outbound calls/cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments.
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Maintain frequent communication with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value
- Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and objectionsPrevious experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred

Position - Insides Sales

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience: 1- 3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
