**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to understand project requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in production.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading materials using forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with a focus on machining or fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with CNC programming, including Fanuc controls and CAM programming.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Proficiency in operating various machines such as flexo presses, stamping presses, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and CNC milling machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous.
