**Machine Setup**: Set up VMC machines according to specifications, including loading materials, adjusting tooling, and configuring machine settings.
- **Operation**: Operate VMC machines to perform machining tasks such as milling, drilling, tapping, and boring to produce components within precise tolerances.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor machine operations to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and measurements using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machine operation, tooling, or materials to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts as necessary. Report any maintenance needs or malfunctions to supervisors.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and quality inspections. Complete production reports and documentation as required.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience operating VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for machining operations.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and machine parts (up to 50 pounds).
- Stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating machinery and using precision tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
