A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Aluminum Factory Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the aluminum factory, including casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packaging

Monitor production output and ensure targets are met within established timelines and budgets.

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required specifications.

Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products.

Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.

Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule preventative maintenance.

Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Prepare and submit regular production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (4 -7 years ) as a Supervisor in an aluminum factory or similar manufacturing environment.

Must have Gcc experience.

Strong knowledge of aluminum processing techniques (e.g., casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing).

Excellent understanding of quality control and safety procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software

Must have valid Gcc driving license.

Pay: ₹14,306.13 - ₹52,058.03 per month

Schedule:
