**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, evaluate, and refine **agentic AI workflows** using tools like **LangGraph**, **AutoGen**, or **CrewAI**:

- Build and test **multi-component pipelines (MCPs)** involving LLMs, retrieval systems (RAG), APIs, and tool integration
- Contribute to **LLM fine-tuning**, data curation, and supervised learning pipelines (SFT, PEFT, LoRA, etc.)
- Assist in **benchmarking agent performance**, evaluating reasoning ability, and optimizing task flows
- Support **data analytics tasks**, including exploratory data analysis (EDA), data validation, and report automation using Python or SQL

**RequirementsMust-Have**:

- Strong programming skills in **Python**; working knowledge of **transformers**, **LangChain**, or similar frameworks

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Hands-on experience with **LangGraph**, **CrewAI**, **AutoGen**, or **OpenAI function calling**:

- Knowledge of **retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)**, **vector databases** (e.g., FAISS, Chroma)
- Understanding of **prompt chaining**, **tool usage**, and **multi-agent collaboration**:

- Familiarity with **data visualization tools** (Plotly, Seaborn, Power BI) or **SQL**:

- Contributions to open-source projects, AI hackathons, or publications
- Experience working with **LLMs via API** (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Mistral, etc.)
- Exposure to **autonomous AI agents** or **workflow orchestration**:

- Familiarity with **data manipulation libraries** (Pandas, NumPy) and **basic data analysis**:

- Clear and concise communication and documentation abilities
