We're looking for an AI/ML Developer Intern who can bridge the gap between backend development and machine learning applications. You'll be responsible for developing FastAPI endpoints, integrating AI/ML models, and collaborating closely with our backend team to build intelligent, data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain FastAPI endpoints in Python to serve AI/ML models.
  • Work on AI/ML tasks including:
  • Video and text sentiment analysis
  • Basic speech-to-text or text-to-speech pipelines
  • Support the development of a recommendation engine using AI/ML insights.
  • Collaborate with the backend team to integrate AI modules with APIs.
  • Store AI outputs and processed data efficiently in MongoDB.
  • Document your development process and share regular progress updates with the team.

Required Skills

  • Programming: Python (strong proficiency), basic JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Backend: FastAPI, , Express
  • Frontend (Basic):
  • Database: MongoDB
  • AI/ML: Foundational understanding of sentiment analysis, text/audio processing
  • Other: Experience with API integration and AI service deployment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers or similar AI libraries
  • Exposure to ML in JavaScript (e.g., , )
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS S3, EC2)
