**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support staff coordination, and ensure efficient office functioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR support
- Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the office premises
- Assist finance with invoice processing and petty cash management
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy document retrieval
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prior experience in office management or administrative support preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
