**Job Title: Immigration Counselor**

We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Immigration Counselor to join our team. As an Immigration Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and assistance to individuals and families navigating the complexities of the immigration process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, goals, and eligibility.
- Provide comprehensive immigration counseling and advice on various visa categories, residency options, and citizenship pathways.
- Assist clients in understanding immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Evaluate client documents and information to determine the best course of action for their immigration case.
- Communicate with government agencies, consulates, and other relevant entities on behalf of clients.
- Monitor the progress of immigration cases and provide regular updates to clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and case files.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, procedures, and legal developments.
- Collaborate with other immigration counselors, attorneys, and staff members to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Participate in professional development activities and training to enhance knowledge and skills in immigration law and counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law, immigration studies, social work, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in immigration law is preferred.
- Previous experience working as an immigration counselor, paralegal, or attorney is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Compassion, empathy, and sensitivity when working with individuals and families facing immigration challenges.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to upholding client confidentiality.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if serving clients with limited English proficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,988.72 - ₹32,690.93 per month
