**Job description**
We have urgent opening for Visa and Immigration Counselor.

**Location**:
Jalandhar Punjab

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. The Visa and Immigration Counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

2.Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.

3. The Immigration Counselor works collaboratively with on and off
- campus partners to find suitable colleges/ schools for students and provide them with the necessary support, resources, and information.

5. Immigration advising for staff and faculty in supporting international students is essential, and the Immigration Consultant must manage individual cases and ensure a consistent approach is maintained that balances confidentiality with the student’s welfare.

6. Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.

7.Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

9. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

10. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

12. Provide professional consultation to high-net-worth clients.

13. Perform sales pitch to interest prospects and close them on the spot.

14. Meet the assigned targets.

15. Must be able to fulfill other duties as they may arise

**Key Skills**:
Good Communication Skills, Fluent in English, Counseling, Computer Skills

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:
1. Should have sales experience in Visa and Immigration industry.

2.Must be Graduate.

3. Experience: 1+ Year into Immigration (mandatory).

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Ability to empathize with clients.

6.Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress.

7.Proficient with MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Immigration Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselor: 1 year (preferred)
