**The Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Digital and Print Design**:

- Ensure all designs align with the academy’s brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively.

**Social Media Management**:

- Design engaging social media content, including posts, stories, banners, and ads.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies.
- Monitor social media channels and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.

**Marketing Collateral Creation**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials for programs, events, and promotions.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all materials are print-ready and optimized for their intended use.

**Collaboration and Brand Management**:

- Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain and enhance the academy’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s visual language and ensure consistency in all design outputs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (or working towards one) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in digital design, social media management, and content creation is required.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools, including campaign systems like **Mailchimp** and **Hootsuite**.
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in brand management and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong visual sense.
- Ability to adapt to different styles and project requirements.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve shared goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality work on time.
